OMESSA
A la fin de la boucle de Francardo, côté sud, le train roule sur un viaduc en courbe, sur les flancs du Monte Pollino, puis il entre dans un tunnel, peu avant la halte d'Omessa. Observez la ligne télégraphique qui contourne le tunnel. Début du 20e siècle.

At the end of the Francardo loop, the train runs on a curve viaduct, on the side of Monte Pollino, before going into a tunnel, rather than the Omessa stopping-place. Observe the telegraphic line that goes round the tunnel. Earlier 20th century.
