Locomotives 401 à 403

Elles furent construites en 1951 par Brissonneau et Lotz, dans le cadre d'une commande conjointe avec les réseaux du Dauphiné et de Provence. Puissance 600 ch. Type BB, avec 2 moteurs Renault de 300 ch et transmission électrique. Les 401 et 402 sont arrivés directement en Corse. Le 403 est arrivé de Provence en 1963, au moment où le 401 était détruit par un incendie. Ils roulèrent sur la ligne centrale, et n'allèrent jamais à Calvi, trop lourds pour la voie légère de Balagne à l'époque. Ils ont terminé leur carrière dans les années 70. Décoration gris et rouge grenat.

Diesel locomotives n° 401 to 403

They were built in 1951 by Brissonneau et Lotz, in a joint order with the Dauphiné and Provence networks.  Power 600 HP. Type BB, with 2 x 300 HP Renault motors and electric drive. The 401 and 402 arrived directly to Corsica.  The 403 arrived from Provence in 1963, at the moment when the 401 was destroyed by a fire.  They ran on the central line, and never went in Calvi, too heavy for the light tracks of Balagne at the time.
They finished their career in the Seventies.
